Appointments are necessary, and each appointment is for one patient only. At the time of booking, please advise of preferred GP. Alternatively, you may also book appointments online.
Sometimes your doctor will order investigations such as blood tests or x-rays. For confidentiality reasons, please book in for a return appointment to discuss the results. Results WILL NOT be given over the phone.
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of your personal health information at all times and ensure this information is only available to authorized members of staff.
Prescriptions may be written during a consultation. If you need repeat prescriptions, we ask that you make an appointment to see one of our doctors, where the condition for which the prescriptions are written can be checked. Prescriptions will NOT be written without an appointment.
Our practice is committed to ongoing preventative care. You will receive reminder notices for health care services appropriate to your care. If you do not want this service please let the doctor know.

Patients have the right to request the Doctor of their choice when available. Doctors can advise patients of appropriate health choices in order for them to make informed decision.
If you require an interpreter please let us know when you book your appointment. We can book an interpreter via The Interpreter Services. This service is free of charge to patients who have a valid Medicare Card.
Any messages left for Dr’s will be passed on at the end of their sessions. It is advisable to book a Telehealth consult if you wish to speak with your Doctor via phone to discuss any of your medical needs.. Alternatively, you can email reception@grangemedicalcentre.com.au Or reception@bartleymedicalcentre.com.au. where one of our friendly staff will reply to your enquiry. Please note, for any referrals/ scripts or medical certificates you will need to book a telehealth consult with your preferred GP. (Conditions apply – you must have had a Face to Face visit with GP in the last 12 months to receive your rebate from Medicare)
